Homemade Crackers

Make these crackers with any flavors you like

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
Flavors
  • Garlic & Thyme: 1 tsp garlic powder + 2 tsp dried thyme
  • Honey Chipotle: 1 tbsp honey + 2 tsp ground chipotle
  • Onion & Black Pepper: 1 tsp onion powder + 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Rosemary Sea Salt: 2 tsp dried rosemary crushed + 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
  • Smoked Paprika & Cumin: 1 tsp smoked paprika + 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Lemon Herb: 1 tsp lemon zest + 2 tsp dried parsley
  • Parmesan Herb: 2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan* + 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Everything Seasoning: 1 tbsp everything bagel blend

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and any dry seasonings.
  3. Add the water and olive oil and stir until a dough forms. Knead briefly if needed.
  4. Divide the dough into four portions. Working with one piece at a time, roll it out very thin: less than 1/8 inch - on parchment paper
  5. Cut into your desired shapes. Repeat with remaining dough.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
