Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and any dry seasonings.
- Add the water and olive oil and stir until a dough forms. Knead briefly if needed.
- Divide the dough into four portions. Working with one piece at a time, roll it out very thin: less than 1/8 inch - on parchment paper
- Cut into your desired shapes. Repeat with remaining dough.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
