Homemade Granola

Delicious and simple this recipe can be customized in many ways

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Nuts and Seeds Pumpkin Seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped or sliced almonds or pecans
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbl Flour

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowls
  • Measuring Cups
  • Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Start by mixing together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Next combine the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until all the dry ingredients are wet.
  4. Spread the ingredients on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour at 320 degrees stirring several times.
  6. Remove granola from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Store in an airtight container.
